Our Process |
Our first step is to check your order in when received. Any instructions are noted on our work order and instruments are counted and sorted. We will contact you with any initial questions we may have. The order is then placed in a segregated bin and given to our shop. |

The order is then sharpened and repaired by one of our highly skilled technicians. We will first retip any instruments that you requested be retipped. We then sharpen and polish your instruments to the sharpest edge possible. If requested, we will retip any instrument that is too thin or short. During the sharpening process the instruments are tested for sharpness. | ![]() |
The finished instruments are then packaged for shipping, A copy of your invoice is placed in the box and your order is returned to you by USPS Priority mail. Upon receiving your order, please inspected your instruments and contact as soon as possible with questions or concerns. Invoices can be paid by check or credit card (net 30 days). | ![]() |
